End User License Agreement
This system provides access to files stored on Quant IP's SFTP
infrastructure. By logging in, you agree to the following terms.

Authorized use only. Access is limited to individuals
explicitly authorized by Quant IP for a legitimate business purpose.
You may not share your credentials, or allow any other person to use
your session.

Confidentiality. Files made available through this
system may contain confidential or proprietary information. You agree
not to copy, forward, publish, or otherwise disclose such files except
as required for your authorized purpose.

Monitoring and logging. Use of this system, including
login attempts, session activity, and file downloads, may be logged
and monitored for security, audit, and compliance purposes.

No warranty. This system is provided "as is," without
warranty of any kind. Quant IP is not liable for damages arising from
your use of, or inability to use, this system.

Compliance. You agree to comply with Quant IP's
applicable policies and all laws and regulations relevant to your use
of this system.

Revocation. Access may be suspended or revoked at any
time, without notice, at Quant IP's discretion.
